Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 8th September 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 7th September 2015 his connected person purchased 172 shares of the Bank for 5.24 euro per share.
