Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 7th September 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 1st September 2015 he purchased: 4 877 shares of the Bank for 5.301 euro per share and 5 123 shares of the Bank for 5.302 euro per share.
