Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 28th July 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 28th July 2015 r. 553 508 syndicated shares of the Bank the voting rights of which were assigned to his connected person by virtue of an usufruct which has now terminated.
