Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 13th June 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 8th June 2015 r. her connected person acquired 132 309 shares of the Bank (105 847 shares of the Bank have been acquired in full ownership and 26 462 shares of the Bank have been acquired in bare ownership).
