Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person - correction

Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby states that in the current report no. 64/2015 dated 13 July 2015 as a result of an obvious clerical error month of the notification and transaction were incorrectly given, i.e. the correct notification date was “13th July 2015" not “13th June 2015" and the correct transaction date was “8th July 2015" not “8th June 2015".

The correct wording of the report shall be read as follows:

“Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 13th July 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 8th July 2015 r. her connected person acquired 132 309 shares of the Bank (105 847 shares of the Bank have been acquired in full ownership and 26 462 shares of the Bank have been acquired in bare ownership).
