Correction of the information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person

Banco Santander S.A. (the Bank) hereby informs that on 6th April 2015 director of the Bank provided the Bank with the correction of his notification from 25th February 2015 concerning the acquisition of shares of the Bank with regard to the number of shares being subject to acquisition. The correct number of shares indicated in the current report no. 29/2015 dated 26th February 2015 is 18,927 instead of 28,432

Thus, item 2 of the current report no. 29/2015 shall be read as follows:
"2) on 19th February 2015 he acquired 18,927 shares granted under the deferred and conditional remuneration plan (fourth cycle),".
