Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 20th January 2016 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 13th January 2016 he acquired 37 shares of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to the “1/2/3 Account".
