Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. _“the Bank"_ hereby informs that on 20th April 2016 directors of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 14th April 2016:
- she acquired 1 share of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to “1/2/3 Account",
- his connected person acquired 1 share of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to the “1/2/3 Account"
