Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 9th February 2016 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 4th February 2016 he purchased:
1) 4,912 shares of the Bank at 3.648 euro per share and
2) 1,946 shares of the Bank at 3.649 euro per share.
