Information concerning the transactions made by the obliged person

Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 4th February 2016 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 3rd February 2016 he purchased 100,000 shares of the Bank (i.e. 27,074 shares at 3.555 euro per share, 2,801 shares at 3.556 euro per share, 11,336 shares at 3.557 euro per share, 14,903 shares at 3.558 euro per share and 43,886 shares at 3.559 euro per share).
