Information concerning the transaction made by obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 29 December 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank that on the date of her appointment as the director, i.e. on 22 December 2015, she owned 149 shares of the Bank.
