Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 16 October 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 9 October 2015 she acquired 4 shares of the Bank by the way of free allotment of shares linked to the “1/2/3 Account".
