Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 28^th September 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 25^th September 2015 r. he purchased:

• 1 019 shares of the Bank for 4.751 EUR per share,
• 1 331 shares of the Bank for 4.752 EUR per share,
• 1 392 shares of the Bank for 4.753 EUR per share,
• 4 607 shares of the Bank for 4.754 EUR per share,
• 2 000 shares of the Bank for 4.755 EUR per share,
• 2 599 shares of the Bank for 4.756 EUR per share,
• 12 052 shares of the Bank for 4.759 EUR per share.
