Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Banco Santander S.A. (“the Bank") hereby informs that on 12 January 2015 director of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 18 December 2014 r. he sold as a regular session transaction 2 950 shares of the Bank for 6,93 Euro per share.
