ACCESS TO THE ESPI SYSTEM
Banco Santander, S.A. (the "Company") hereby informs that on 28 November 2014 the Company obtained access to the Electronic System for Information Transmission (Elektroniczny System Przekazywania Informacji - ESPI). Starting from 28 November 2014, the Company will provide its current and periodical information through ESPI.

§ 11.1 of the Rules of using the Electronic System for Information Transmission
