The President of The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection decision

In relation to current report no. 29/2017 dated 14 December 2017, Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. _"the Bank"_ hereby announces that on 2 March 2018 the Bank was informed that the President of The Office of Competition and Consumer Protection has decided to give its consent to a concentration consisting in the acquisition of demerged part of Deutsche Bank Polska S.A. by the Bank _"DBPL"_ and taking over the sole control over DB Securities S. A. by the Bank _"the Decision"_.

At the same time the Bank informs that the Decision is one of the conditions necessary for the completion of the transaction of acquiring the demerged part of DBPL.
