The resolution of Bank Guarantee Fund's Council determining the amount of contribution to the compulsory restructuring fund
The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. hereby informs that today, i. e. 14th April 2020 it received a letter of the Bank Guarantee Fund (Bankowy Fundusz Gwarancyjny) informing about the adopted Resolution of the Council of the Bank Guarantee Fund no. 34/2020 dated 6th April 2020 specifying the amount of PLN 227 million as payable to the resolution fund.

Art. 17 (1) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (MAR).
