Change in the composition of the Supervisory Board

The Management Board of Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") regrets to inform that on 19 September 2019 it was informed that Mr Witold Jurcewicz - Supervisory Board Member passed away.

Dr Witold Jurcewicz performed a function of independent Supervisory Board since 2011 ensuring proper oversight over the operations of Bank.

His extensive professional experience, outstanding knowledge of law and the banking sector had a huge impact on the stable development of the Bank.

We are sad to say goodbye to our colleague, the legal authority and long-time collaborator.
