Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Supervisory Board's consent to establish BZWBK Bank Hipoteczny S.A.
Further to the current report no. 8/2018 of 7 March 2018, the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 8 March 2018 the Bank's Supervisory Board adopted a resolution approving the establishment of BZWBK Bank Hipoteczny S.A.
