Admission and introduction of series N ordinary bearer shares issued by Santander Bank Polska S.A., to trading on the stock exchange by the Warsaw Stock Exchange and setting the listing date for those shares.

Santander Bank Polska S.A. ("the Bank") hereby advises that on 22 November 2018 it received the Resolution no. 1181/2018 of the Management Board of Giełda Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. (Warsaw Stock Exchange, "WSE"), pursuant to which, on the basis of § 36, § 37 and § 38 (1) and (3) in relation to § 3a clause 1,2 and 3 of the WSE Rules, WSE Management Board confirmed admission and introduced 2 754 824 (two million seven hundred and fifty four thousand and eight hundred and twenty four) ordinary bearer shares of the Bank, series N, with a nominal value of PLN 10 (ten) each, to trade on the main market from 27 November 2018 onwards, provided that Krajowy Depozyt Papierów Wartościowych S.A. (National Depository of Securities) registers these shares on 27 November 2018 with code PLBZ00000044.
