Notification from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A.
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 8th June 2018 it received from Nationale-Nederlanden Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne S.A. ("Towarzystwo") the notification that as a result of the acquisition of the Bank's shares by managed by Towarzystwo: the Nationale-Nederlanden Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny ("OFE") and Nationale-Nederlanden Dobrowolny Fundusz Emerytalny ("DFE") they increased the Bank's share ownership in excess of 5% of votes at the Bank's General Shareholders' Meeting.
As per information contained in the said notice:
- Date and type of event triggering the change of shareholding that the notification refers to:
Acquisitions of shares that were settled on 4th June 2018 - Number of shares held by OFE and DFE before the change of shareholding and the percentage of share capital it represents and the number of votes attached to these shares and the percentage of the total number of vote they represent
Number of shares: 4,960,909 representing 4.99 % of the Bank's share capital
Number of votes carried by these shares: 4,960,909 representing 4.99 % of the total number of votes at the Bank's General Meeting of Shareholders - Number of currently held shares and the percentage of share capital they represent plus the number of votes attached to these shares and the percentage of the total number of votes they represent
On 4th June 2018, on the OFE's and DFE's securities account 4,993,431 Bank's shares were stored, which represent 5.03% of the Bank's share capital. These shares entitle to 4,993,431 votes at the Bank's General Meeting of Shareholders, which represents 5.03% of the total number of votes at the Bank's General Meeting of Shareholders.
