Michał Gajewski, legal advisor, is a graduate of the Law Department at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. He also studied at the Northwestern University in Chicago and London Business School.Since 1992 has been professionally active in the banking sector, in 1992-2008 Michał Gajewski was professionally related to WBK S.A. Capital Group and then BZ WBK S.A., where he performed a number of functions, starting from working at a branch, through medium and higher management functions, up to the position of Member of the Management Board of BZ WBK S.A., responsible for the Retail Banking area.In the period between 2008-2011 he had performed function of Vice-President of the Management Board at Bank BGŻ S.A., where he was responsible for the Retail Business and SME Banking.In 2012 started his employment at Bank Millennium S.A., initially in the period between 2012-2015, Michal Gajewski became Macro Regional Director within Retail Banking Department, subsequently in 2015 appointed Board Member responsible for Retail Banking.Michał Gajewski was appointed as a President of the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. in 2016.Michał Gajewski does not conduct operations competitive against the Bank and is not recorded in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the National Court Register Act dated 20th August 1997, and he meets the requirements stipulated in Banking Law act dated 29th August 1997.

Andrzej Burliga joined Bank Zachodni WBK (then Bank Zachodni) in 1995. He began his career in the Treasury Department when he was promoted to the position of a chief dealer and later the Head of Treasury Department. He headed Risk Management Division in Bank Zachodni WBK between 2001 and 2006. He was appointed Deputy Head of Risk Management Division and was responsible for day-to-day management of key risks, including credit and operational risk, in Bank Zachodni WBK Group. Andrzej Burliga graduated from the Faculty of Theoretical Maths at Wrocław University. He completed programmes in the area of risk management as well as management, e.g. INSEAD International Executives Development Programme, BZWBK Development Programme for Executives, LMC Consulting – Lilley Moncrieff Taylor. He is a member of PRMIA _Professional Risk Managers’ International Association_. Michael McCarthy has worked in Banking and Financial Services for 31 years. He has worked extensively in Retail, Corporate and Commercial Banking in both Ireland and UK and was Managing Director of Allied Irish Bank’s Card Services UK and Ireland business for 6 years from 2002 to 2008. Also, he represented AIB as a board member of Hot Origin Limited (a seed capital fund for technology business start-ups), VISA UK and MasterCard Northern Europe.He joined Bank Zachodni WBK in early 2009 when he was appointed Management Board member in charge of Business and Corporate Banking Division. In addition he is chairman of the Supervisory Boards of BZWBK Leasing and BZWBK Faktor (both companies which are part of Business and Corporate Banking Division) and is a member of Credit Committee, ALCO and Provisions Committee.Michael McCarthy is a graduate of Manchester University from where he holds an MBA distinction and of the Institute of Bankers in Ireland. Carlos Polaino-Izquierdo commenced his career in Banco Santander Spain in 1998, previously worked in Ernst&Young. Ever since he has been with Santander Group. After management positions in Santander Spain Internal Audit and wide international experience, in 2006 he was appointed as Deputy – Head of Internal Audit in Santander Brazil, where apart of being responsible for ensure an adequate control environment and correct management of risks, he played an active role in the merger of the different Santander´s Banks in this country.In May 2011 he was appointed as Head of Internal Audit in BZ WBK Group. After four years in Poland Carlos´ achievements include the development and implementation of new audit methodologies and tools that have ensured the high level of control environment in BZ WBK Group and contributed with high value to the organization. Carlos Polaino Izquierdo graduated from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, faculty of Business Administration.Carlos Polaino-Izquierdo does not conduct operations competitive against the Bank and is not recorded in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the National Court Register Act dated 20th August 1997, and he meets the requirements stipulated in Banking Law act dated 29th August 1997.

Juan de Porras Aguirre has been working in banking since 1989. In the years 1989-1998 he was employed, among others, with Commerzbank and Lloyds Bank, specializing in the lending market. In 1997-2004, Juan worked for Societe Generale where he managed telecom and energy companies, first in Paris and later in Madrid as deputy head of the Corporate&Investment Banking team. From June 2004, he was responsible for building Rabobank’s Spanish energy and telecom sector portfolio in Madrid from scratch, while from October 2005 to January 2007 he held the position of Senior Director for the energy, oil and gas sector in Royal Bank of Scotland in Madrid. As of January 2007, he was the Managing Director of Global Banking & Markets at Banco Santander and contributed to 25% income growth despite operating in already mature markets of Spain and Latin America. Juan de Porras Aguirre, who graduated from Universidad de Granada, holds a master’s degree in law and management. Juan also participated in Investment Banking Executive Program at Northwestern University in Chicago. Juan de Porras Aguirre does not conduct operations competitive against the Bank and is not recorded in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the National Court Register Act dated 20th August 1997, and he meets the requirements stipulated in Banking Law act dated 29th August 1997.

Arkadiusz Przybył has many years of experience in banking sector. He was a President (CEO) of the Management Board of Santander Consumer Bank in Wrocław from 2012 until 2017 and from 2011 to 2012 he worked as Business Director in Santander Consumer Finance Head Office in Madrid, responsible for, among the others, strategy and business development, business integration and acquisition projects and support and supervision of Santander Consumer Finance business in Poland. From 2009 to 2010 Arkadiusz Przybył worked as the CEO in GE Money Bank Latvia and the CEO of GE Money Latvia and from 2005 to 2008 as a Retail Banking Director in GE Money Central & Eastern Europe Head Office in Zurich/Paris. From 1997 to 2005 he worked as Engagement Manager in McKinsey & Company in Warsaw. Maciej Reluga has worked for the Bank since 2002 as the chief economist in charge of, among others, macroeconomic and market analyses, short- and long-terms forecasting as well as the development of stress test scenarios. In 1998-2002, he worked in ING Bank Śląski and ING Barings, and in 1996-1998 as an analyst in the Poland’s central bank.Maciej Reluga is a graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Economic Sciences and Financial Management Programme at the University of Namur in Belgium. Dorota Strojkowska has over 20 years’ experience in banking; she had worked for the Bank for many years, performing a number of functions, from roles in the sale support units to the Head of the Organizational Effectiveness Area.In the Bank she has held the following positions, among others:
- 2013 – April 2016 – Head of the Organisational Effectiveness Area,
- 2012 – 2013 – Retail Banking Business Model Coherency Director
- 2005 – 2012 – Team Manager in CRM and Sales Support Department.
In the period from April to December 2016, Dorota Strojkowska headed the HR Division in PKO BP. Dorota Strojkowska is a graduate of Polish and Classical Philology at Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań; she also completed post graduate studies at Poznań University of Economics&Business and at L. Koźmiński Academy. Moreover, she went through a number of professional training courses on HR management, coaching, strategic planning, financial management and business psychology, including “Development of managerial skills” at Nottingham Trent University and “Advance Leadership Programme” at ICAN Institute, Harvard Business Review.Dorota Strojkowska does not conduct operations competitive against the Bank and is not recorded in the Insolvent Debtors Register run pursuant to the National Court Register Act dated 20th August 1997, and she meets the requirements stipulated in Banking Law act dated 29th August 1997.

Feliks Szyszkowiak joined Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy, later Bank Zachodni WBK, in 1990. Between 1990 and 1998, he worked for Branch Banking. He supervised IT and Branch Development Area in Wielkopolski Bank Kredytowy from 1998 to 2001. In 2001, he was appointed leader of B1 Programme designed to implement a new Branch Banking model and a centralised IT system in Bank Zachodni WBK. In 2003, he was appointed member of the Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK and initially was in charge of Risk Management Division until July 2007. Feliks Szyszkowiak has graduated from Poznań University of Technology and Wharton University.
