Bank’s Management Board Member appointment effectiveness
Further to the current report no. 40/2016 dated 14th December 2016, Bank Zachodni WBK (“the Bank”) hereby advises that on 1st April 2017 the appointment of Ms. Dorota Strojkowska as the Member of the Management Board becomes effective.
Legal basis:
§ 5 clause 1 item 22 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and periodic reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of non-member state.
