Information on transactions made by persons discharging managerial responsibilities

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. ("the Bank") hereby informs that on 14th September 2017 it received from the persons discharging managerial responsibilities the notifications regarding their transactions of acquire Bank's shares in conjunction with Incentive Scheme V ("the Transactions"). The notifications concerning the Transactions are enclosed hereto.
