Bank’s Management Board President appointment effectiveness
Further to the current reports no. 18/2016 dated 16 th May 2016 and no. 27/2016 dated 9 th August 2016, Bank Zachodni WBK (“the Bank”) hereby advises that on 29 th November 2016 the appointment of Mr Michał Gajewski as the President of the Management Board became effective.
