Appointing the member of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. Management Board
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby advises that on 22nd June 2016 the Bank Supervisory Board passed the resolution on appointing Mr. Artur Chodacki the Bank Management Board Member as of 22nd June 2016.
Mr. Artur Chodacki is a professional corporate banker with more than 18-year market experience. For all his career he worked with corporate clients, most of those years at the Bank. For over 13 years he has been managing sales teams of various size. He has strong credit experience (the Bank’s Credit Committee member for more than 7 years), also BZWBK Factor Supervisory Board member. He has also developed substantial experience and strong track record in corporate business transformation.
Ha had been employed in the following positions in the Bank:
- director of corporate banking sales network (July 2014 – June 2016),
- regional director (April 2013 – July 2014),
- director of corporate banking (2011 – 2013),
- director of Large Corporate and Structured Finance Department (2009-2010),
- team leader/director of corporate banking (2003-2009),
- relationship manager (2000-2003).
He had also been employed as an account manager in ING Bank Śląski S.A. in the years 1998 – 2000.
He graduated University of Economy in Cracow – finance and banking faculty, and also English philology at University of Silesia.
Mr. Artur Chodacki meets the requirements stipulated in the Banking Law Act dated 29 August 1997.
Artur Chodacki is not involved in any activity competitive to the Bank. He is not included in the National Register of Insolvent Debtors (as per the Act on the National Court Register).
