Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 21st June 2016 Management Board Member of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 20th June 2016 he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange 2 000 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) at 270 PLN per share.
