(“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 16th September 2015 Management Board Member of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 16th September 2015 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange 2 600 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 305.63 PLN per share,
