Change of interest rate on the PLBZ00000168 series bonds of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A.

The Management Board of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. advises that on 14 January 2015 an interest rate was set for the next interest rate period for series PLBZ00000168 bonds of Bank Zachodni WBK with a total nominal value of PLN 475,000,000 (four hundred seventy five million PLN) issued by the Bank on the 17 July 2014. In the next interest period the bonds will bear an interest rate of 3.03 % per annum. The next interest payment date is 17 July 2015. The rights attaching to the bonds remain unchanged.

Other information on the issue of the bonds was contained in current reports nos. 29/2014 of 17 July 2014 and 36/2014 of 30 July 2014.
