Information concerning the transaction made by the obliged person
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby informs that on 12 September 2014 Management Board Member of the Bank notified the Bank, that on 8 September 2014 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, 3 800 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 396.84 PLN per share.
