Changing the date of publication of the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2014
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. announces that the publishing of the consolidated quarterly report for Q3 2014 (indicated in current report No 43/2013) has been rescheduled from 29 October 2014 and shall take place on 4 November 2014.
Legal basis:
§ 103 section 2 of the Finance Minister's Ordinance of 19 February 2009 on current and financial reports published by the issuers of securities and the rules of equal treatment of the information required by the laws of a non-member state.
