Annual General Meeting of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. – resolution re. dividend payment

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (‘the Bank’) hereby advises that the Resolution of the Annual General Meeting, held on 17th April 2013, made a decision on dividend payment.

PLN 710 942 676,40 of the Bank’s net profit from 2012 will be allocated for dividend to shareholders. The number of shares eligible for the dividend is 93 545 089 (say: ninety three million five hundred forty five thousand and eighty nine).

Dividend per share is PLN 7,60.

The dividend registration day is 2nd May 2013 and the dividend will be paid on 17th May 2013.

§ 38 clause 2 of the Ministry of Finance ordinance dated February 19, 2009 re. current and financial reporting by securities issuers and conditions for treatment as equivalent of information provided under law of non-member states.
