Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“the Bank”) hereby advises that in the current report no. 13/2013 dated 13th February 2013 the incorrect number of votes at the Bank’s Extraordinary General Meeting, which took place on 13th February 2013, held by KBC Bank NV, was given as a result of an obvious clerical error.
Instead of: 15 125 966 votes
It should be: 15 125 964 votes
