Information about sale of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. shares
Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (“Bank”) hereby informs that on 7th September 2012 Management Board Member of Bank notified Bank, that on 6th September 2012 r. he sold as part of an ordinary stock exchange transactions on Warsaw Stock Exchange, 1 683 shares of the Bank (code PLBZ 00000044) for 234 PLN per share.
