Resolutions of the Annual General Meeting of BZ WBK Shareholders
Bank Zachodni WBK hereby announces the contents of the resolutions adopted by the AGM on 10th May 2012.
By virtue of Resolution Mr Sławomir Pajewski was elected Chairman of the AGM.
