Draft resolutions to be considered by the Annual General Meeting of Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. - amendments

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. (the "Bank") hereby presents the amended wording of the draft resolutions for items 11 and 12 of the agenda for the Annual General Meeting, relating to the proposed changes in the Bank's Statutes. The amendments were made in §25, §34 and §37 section 3 of the Statutes.
