Correction of the current report dated 20 April 2011 re. Appointed to the Bank’s Supervisory Board for a new term

Bank Zachodni WBK S.A. hereby informs that the Polish version of current report no. 14/2011 dated 20 April 2011 included by mistake the wrong name of dr Witold Jurcewicz in his CV: instead Jurewicz should be Jurcewicz.

The English version of the report is correct.
